Rain doesn't stop us. Deep snow and ice are the exception — if we can't work your yard safely or properly, we'd rather skip that visit than do a bad job, and we'll tell you when we do. You're never charged for a visit we skip: on the weekly plan that week simply isn't billed, and on every-2-weeks or monthly plans we credit it to your next invoice. If waste is just buried and we can find it later, we'll clear it on the next visit at no extra charge.
